Xspace is a great vertical shooter with lots of features. Thus, I feel I should list them:

- Performance upgrades - You can purchase upgrades for parts of your ship to make them stronger, and the color of that part changes.
- 2 different ships - Fast or strong? Your choise.
- Tons of weapons - 4 primary weapons, 7 secondary weapons, and 7 bullet types. Plus, 2 extremely powerful Secret Weapons.
- Lots of enemies - Well, about 7 different kinds.
- Rank system - Kill enemies, get XP. Get lots of XP, rank up. The more rank, the more money for each kill.
- A variety of chalenges - Don't just kill hordes of enemys! Dodge through asteroid fields! Speed through space stations! Avoid killer beams of death! So much to do...
- Heat system - Don't just hold the fire button or you're just gonna burn...
- A few items - Find your heat going high fast? Or your armor going low just as fast? Buy a few 1 use items to help.
- Bosses - In fact, 5 of them. Try not to get killed by the immense power of the enemy elite. They have a few nasty tricks of thier own.
- 2 player mode - Well, thats original! Having a hard time? Get a friend over for even more action. Be careful though, you share health, heat and items.

Ok, enough of the info. Now we need controlls:

Player 1:
[ SPACE ] - Fire primary
[ ENTER ] - Fire secondary
[ ARROW KEYS ] - Move
[ CTRL ] - Return to Gauze

Player 1 can also use a gamepad/joystick to move:
+ pad/joystick - Move
Button 1 - Fire primary
Button 3 - Fire secondary
Button 4 - Return to Gauze

Player 2: ( ON KEYPAD )
[ 7 ] - Fire primary
[ 9 ] - Fire secondary
[ 8 ][ 4 ][ 5 ][ 6 ] - Move
The controlls might look odd here but they are good ingame

The weapon store is accesed by clicking the 'To Central Base' button on the Gauze base screen.
